I'm not a follower for this season of Singapore Idol.. But I must say Hady really deserved the crown.. It was pretty obvious that he has a stronger vocal compared to John, thou the latter has a higher market value.. However, I was pretty offended when a friend whinned 'Can you believe it, another malay won!!'.. Another friend also commented 'It will be another Suria again'.. What's wrong with these pple?? If you think John deserved the title, vote for him lar.. Vernon A from Perfect10 mentioned on his morning show that pple are getting really racist on this issue, and it's not fair to both guys.. Whoever the winner is, he is a true blue Singaporean.. This is Singapore Idol, not Race Idol.. So does it really matters which skin tone won?? Lame~

Alright, Ivy gotta STOP shopping!! Bought 3 pairs of shoes this weekend and now I have a total of 8 pairs unworn new shoes!! It's getting abit kua zhang.. I don't have that many pairs of feet to wear them ya know.. *hiak hiak* I went to see Kobi today again.. He's so so cute can!! But I'm really lazy to load the pics now, so stay tune for them tomorrow yah.. Oh and for those interested parties, we are fine now.. He did service recovery which includes the pooh bear soft toy which I've always wanted and for once, he remembered that gummies cheers me up.. If only he can be this sensitive all the time..

Something to brighten my day a little.. Mummy just told me that Kobi is learning how to walk!! How cute rite.. But too bad I can't witness it myself.. Can't wait for him to come.. Please let the 4 weeks fly~

After listening to some very good advices, Ivy had decided to KILL THE ROOT!! Thanks again babe, I know you still love me.. Muahahahaha~ -----I'm not feeling very good these couple of days.. Lotsa disputes going on in the management, everybody leaving.. All in ROD mood, the office is turning crazy!!

This is the first time I joined Darling at his Commissioning Ball.. Was pretty excited about it and made the most effort to doll myself up on Saturday.. But in the end I think I looked like a ghost instead!! Sigh!! Don't wish to talk about it but never go to Coslab at BPP for your make-up, they sucks lar.. The event was held at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel.. The ballroom and it's ambience was not too bad, food was good enough for their kinda category.. MC of the night was Rob from Class95 FM, who was pretty funny and cute.. Hee!! Anyway, it was an enjoyable night.. Thank you Darling for the priceless experience..

After much consideration, I have decided to name the doggy - KOBI.. Can't wait to see him two weeks later!! And for the first time, Dar is jealous!! He's been complaining that I'm neglecting him coz my mind is totally occupied with the doggy.. Darling is just so cute.. =P

One more update before I leave for the dinner.. Mummy told me that there might be a new addition to the family.. Don't get me wrong, my mum is too old to get pregnant, sis and me are still single, and obviously my dad can't give birth!! We are getting a dog lar.. Her colleague's dog had given birth to 3 puppies and they are planning to give them away.. Mummy knows that I've always wanted to own one so she's finally giving the nod!! Most probably we will be going to her colleague's house tml to see the 3 weeks old puppy.. Until now I'm not sure about it's breed yet.. Mummy only know the doggy is furry.. Duh!! I'm getting really excited about it, but this also sets me thinking if I'm really good enough to take up this responsibility..

The dinner will be commencing in a couple of hours time.. Nails are nicely done up.. Camera fully charged and memory stick is in.. Dun wanna be like Ms Sotong Tan.. Hee~Little black dress, matching earrings, shoes laid on bed..Handbag packed.. With not much money inside thou.. I'm broke!! Alright, seems like everything is intact.. What should I do next?? As much as we guessed, my boss announced today that she had decided to move on.. No surprise coz we are more or less prepared but still, the news gave me mixed feelings.. Thou I've been complaining for the past 2 years that she is a horrible person to work with, nagging non-stop, blah blah blah.. But thinking back, I won't be what I am today without her guidance and opportunities.. I may still be struggling on what I want in my career path.. In my eyes, she's a power woman.. I will never forget how calmly she reacted when the first sales team (all 7 of them) left.. And this is the reason why I had decided to stand by her at that time because I really admire her 'never say die' attitude (all sales pple should have this kinda spirit).. She promised to give me a promotion when she thinks I'm ready, and she fulfilled it in both years 2005 and 2006.. She is a nice boss afterall, thou demanding at times all the time.. I don't know about the rest of the team but frankly speaking, I will miss her.. Wonder what will it be like without her lead.. And to make things worst, I'm getting a new FEMALE boss (again).. Damn!!

Yesterday marked our 7th dating month.. Okie lar, it's really nothing compared to Min/Frog's 3 years but just let me brag about it can.. Haha!! He insisted that we should eat something better so got dragged to Swensen's for dinner and ice-cream.. Main courses, extra fries and regular earthquake!! Goodness me, that is ALOT of ice-cream lor.. Gross~Anyway, Dar had his very first trial on the wheels yesterday.. He's FINALLY learning how to drive!! Can't wait to be driven around man.. Woo hoo!!

I am freaking angry with TRUE YOGA!!
Intially my 'super helpful' consultant said I can't cancel the membership, after awhile she changed her mind and said that I can do a transfer to another member.. Then, she gave me the contact of the Operations Manager who is supposed to assist me with this issue.. And now, both of them refused to take my calls or reply my messages!! If they were to advice me the solution eariler, I would have consider to continue using the package.. But now, I wanted so much to terminate this damn bloody thing immediately!! Not because I don't have the money to pay, but because I can't stand this kind of service.. I'm not gonna pay for the fees if they don't settle my problem.. And I'm going straight down the center to lodge a BIG complaint on Friday!! No wonder pple are always commenting that our service industry sucks..People, please DO NOT ever sign yourself up with this club.. *pui*

IMF here.. IMF there.. IMF everywhere!! Alright, I know this is the biggest event for the year but it's way too exaggerate isn't it?? If you were to pass by Orchard recently, you will see a brand new "Garden City".. They had added plentiful of flowers along the roadside as a deco to beautify the heart of Singapore, not forgotting the ugly red/white pokka dots a.k.a clown trees.. Down the stretch all the way to Suntec, the whole place was nicely done up.. All these done in just 2 weeks!! This is how efficient we can be ok.. Remember the smiling campaign? I personally tink it's a flop, pple don't bother to smile anyway.. The service are still as bad as ever, hopefully our service industry can buck up as quickly as how they plant the flowers.. "4 million smiles to welcome you", they should already be contented if they can get half of that amount lor.. Haha!! 16,000 delegates and Hotels are not enough to supply?? My foot!! The Hotels are all panacking abt their unexpected LOW occupancy and had since started to drop rates (Hotels are supposed to charge convention a.k.a super high rates during mega events).. But what's the point when we already scare off pple by telling them that citywide will be god darn packed during the IMF period?? Sigh~ The only compliment I would like to highlight is on our security.. Guess they did a pretty good job by protecting the nation.. Thou also abit kua zhang.. Good luck to those involved in this event (that includes myself).. And do remember to SMILE!! =)

Apparently, I wanted very much to cancel my yoga membership as I have no time to go for the classes, especially on weekdays due to work commitment.. Spending 200 over bucks a month for a few pathetic lessons is such a waste isn't it.. But the club is really inflexible and the sales consultant, SUCKS!! These sales pple are always like that, totally forgetten about your existence once they get their incentive.. I just need some help and advices yet they are pushing me from one department to another, without giving me any solution.. Just when will they solve my problem?? Sigh~

Rest and Relax Saturday~ I'm off today and darling was back in camp for his commissioning parade.. Was supposed to meet Mr Loo for dinner but I was too lazy to even step out of the house.. So I decided to drown myself with newspapers, mags and DVDs today!! Been very long since I last touched the stove, so Ivy woke up very early today and accompanied mummy for some "marketing" and breakfast.. Tried making the Yam Cake which ex-colleague Amy taught eariler but it failed!! Guess I was too stingy with the water thus the mixture was too thick.. My dad was complaining that it was really hard to swallow.. But still, he managed to finish two big slices.. 好伟大的牺牲!!

Finally got time for some updates on what's happening around me.. Celebrated SJ's birthday with the gang at Swensens @ PS on saturday.. One word to describe the food --> HORRIBLE!! The standards for both food and service flopped terribly and I don't think it's worth the patronage anymore.. Went clubbing @ momo after dinner but non of us has the appetite to drink coz we were all too full.. Didn't manage to take pictures coz the birthday boy complained about wanting to puke throughout the session (too drunk with food).. Zhichao and Huixiong who can't really hold liquor, went high after a few rounds of drinks and puked too.. So the whole nite you can see us walking in and out, in and out, in and out the club!! Boring~

The "脱胎换骨" Mark and XH Spent half of my Sunday sleeping and another half watching "Kiss" with darling.. Not too bad, we managed to catch 6 episodes in a day and were now very addicted to the drama.. Gonna stay in-house this weekend to continue the marathon again!! Had been spending quite abit of time with him coz he's super duper free for the past two weeks.. Guess this will be the only period where I can get to see him so often.. Bet he's work schedule gonna be crazy again when the new batch of officers wannabes join the school in December.. But until now, I'm already very contented.. Oh yah!! Ivy dyed her hair black, if you noticed.. =)

Excellent Service Award 2006My HR had been a great help.. Audrey said that it will be a pity if I can't get the certificate and managed to squeeze me into the last workshop next week!! Woo Hoo!!
