I smell victory..

Have been slogging for the past 8 months in sales and this is the first time I hit a 100K revenue!! Hopefully lady luck will continue to shine on me for the month of September otherwise it's gonna be hell.. *prays*

Darling's been really sweet recently.. He remembered that I love ginger (this is what I meant by small little things) and specially requested for another plate of it to goes with my xiao long bao.. And for once, he tucked me into bed and makes sure I sleep like a baby..

Watched two DVDs back to back yesterday coz I'm too bored at home.. And I really wonders how Linda and Min can have the energy to be hardcore fans of drama serials.. It's really draggy leh..

JJ's concert DVD is actually extracted from his performance in China, which is good coz I can look forward for something different.. I still tink that the concert that I've watched is far better.. Maybe China is his virgin concert, thus he was not as natural as compared to the one he held in SIN.. And probably he's more comfortable here in his homeland..

Watched 'The Breakup' with dar later at night and slept through the second half of the movie.. Ivy don't like movies with lotsa talkings and no actions.. It was really boring lor.. Or maybe I'm too comfortable in his arms.. Hee~

Darling is finally being sweet for once (that's bcoz he really pissed me off for the past few days), he bought me JJ's Singapore Concert DVD!! Woo Hoo!! I hope they will publish the China and Taiwan's Concerts soon man..

Psst Sharon, I lend you the DVD when I finished watching yah.. =)

Watched the highly recommanded movie 'Eight Below' on DVD with Dar last nite.. You guys should watch it too coz it's so so good!! A very inspiring story on survival.. Oh yah, it's actually based on a true story.. The sled dogs are really god darn smart can!! And their loyalty towards their master really moved me.. My eyes went all watery on a few occasions when they met difficulties and when their mates died.. Especially the part where Maya got bitten on the leg, images of Ah-boy suddenly flashed through my mind.. That silly dog came running out of the house, wanting to join me on the other side of the road.. I won't forget how he got knocked down by the van right in front of me.. I won't forget how painful he looked.. It really pains my heart and damn, my tears glands are getting active again.. I miss you smelly dog, hope you're happy in heaven..

Okie back to the movie.. Did I mention that they worked VERY well as a team (esp. the bird catching part)?? Wow, I'm so impressed can.. Anyway, think they should give the dogs an Oscars for such a wonderful performance.. They can really act lor!! *loud applause*

Met the girls on Tuesday and passed them the pressies, hope they like it.. As usual, we chatted till the foodcourt's closing time and were so loud that one of the cleaner came over to our table to give a piece of his mind.. Haha!! What's new rite, this always happens when a bunch of 38 gathers..

I told them about my ghostly encounter, which make all our hair stands.. Talked about work and not forgetting our fav, gossips!! Discussed about Min's wedding as well.. Psst, we gonna have a rocking good time @ her Hen's Party!! Woo Hoo~

Yesterday was Mummy Chua's birthday and I only got to know that they are celebrating at a very last minute.. Went to grab some Royce chocolate as gift after work and rushed over to Dar's house for the mini celebration.. Had 2 (different) cakes in less than half an hour, Ivy is so so full!! I wanted very much to diet but it always seems so difficult.. *shakes head*

Last but not least, Happy Birthday to brudder JH too!!

I am very stressed..

With the IMF coming up, all corporate travellers are going to avoid Singapore for the month of September.. WHOLE month can!! I don't know why must the govt create such a big hoo-ha over this event and scare all the pple away.. How great!! With a super HIGH budget of almost 100K revenue, how the hell am I going to hit my sales target?? Sigh~

Dar told me that his maternal grandma would like to see me.. Frankly speaking, I have never been so stressed on this 'Meet My Folks' issue.. But it just bothers me this time round.. Will I be good enough to meet their expectations?? Will they dislike me?? Guess I think too much already..

After whinning, I am still very stressed.. =(

SJ commented that if I continue to eat so much, my tummy will soon be bigger than my breasts!!

I have been gaining weight like nobody business ever since my return from Bangkok.. Can't seems to control my diet, can't resist temptations anymore.. All I know is to EAT EAT EAT!!

Damn!! This can't go on man.. Otherwise how am I going to wear the little black dress for Darling's comm ball and Min's wedding!! Give me motivation to diet please~

On a happier note, I'm glad that my ance problem is getting better le.. Having a breakout at my age is not fun at all lor.. Getting teased for having a super late puberty, plus the treatment costed a bomb!! But well, gotta endure another 5 months for the sake of a pretty face..

Back to reality.. How I wish holidays can last longer..

Conculsion for the trip: Bangkok is not worth to visit every year

Basically, most of the things are pretty much the same as compared to my last trip.. Some shops still sell the same items on the same display lor.. Boring isn't it?? And I wonder why most Thai are so small build.. Tops are too small, bottoms are too small and shoes are also very small!! Or probably I'm too fat lar.. Haha!!

This is my virgin trip with Darling (and his family).. My bitchy colleagues were all bombing me with questions on whether did we *ahem ahem* during the trip.. Well, I don't tell you!! La la la~

Was kinda worried intially that I won't be able to click with his folks but luckily, his mum and uncle were rather friendly afterall.. Darling and his siblings too tried their best to make me feel comfortable.. So overall it was a nice 'getting to know you' session.. And I realised something from this experience, Darling and me are two very messy persons!! Our room was in a mess from the start with clothes lying everywhere lor.. Even Mark managed his luggage well and his room was neat and tidy.. Okie, I'm feeling ashamed of myself already..

Had a great feast at Tiong Bahru market last night.. The new building was so big and the ventilation was so much better.. But still, I prefer the old, dark and dirty market.. There's a few new (duplicated) stalls which makes me really confused, had a hard time deciding which chwee kuay stall is the autentic one.. Hope I didn't make the wrong choice.. =P

Alright, gotta get my butt outta the house already.. If you guys need anything, just sms me huh..

Darling kept his promise and we managed to catch the fireworks display by team Singapore on Tuesday.. Nothing fantastic as compared to last year, it's the company that counts.. =)

I actually took video of the performance but duno how to edit so was unable to load it up in my blog.. You guys can visit Min's to watch the clip instead..

Less than 24 hours before the trip but I have yet to start packing!! Can I just bring an empty bag, my passport and money over?? I'm so lazy...................

I really tink I'm a gone case..

Whenever we go for our dates, he never fails to ask '新衣？几时买的，没有看过'.. Frankly speaking, I have yet to repeat any of my tops since dating him for the past half year.. Can't blame him for asking this question oso lar.. Opps!!

Everytime when I tried to tell him something (be it shopping or other issues), he will say '又买什么东西' even before I start going into details..

And guess what, the first thing he did when he came to my place after his trip was to check for new items in my wardrobe!! But he didn't realise that I had actually hide my new Aldo heels under my table.. Hoo Hoo Hoo~

Okie, shall motivate myself to really minimize my shopping!! I AM VERY SERIOUS
