Ivy the Bookworm!!Since I will be very free from now, I tink it's a good time to enrich myself with some good books..The Da Vinci CodeHad been dying to get this book since the series was shown on Arts Central a couple of months back.. I still remember that my entry on this created a little hoo-ha among my friends and it even attracted a fellow blogger to comment coz I tink she oso BTH about my misunderstanding towards GOD.. *hiak hiak*Since the book is finally here.. I shall finish it up and write about it again.. No hiccups this time.. *fingers crossed*Why Man Lie and Woman CryHighly recommanded by the now happily married John.. He claims that this book actually brought him and his wife closer and their understanding and respect towards each other was raised to a higher level.. John was telling me that I sounded contridicting and doesn't seems to know what I'm looking for in a relationship.. True enough, I'm totally confused with the situation that I'm in right now.. He still know me best.. Bought a book for myself and another one for Eric, hopefully both of us can know what kind of partner we really want and needs.. Plus!! It's time to brush up my cooking skills again!! I wonder where the hell did I place my file of recipes.. Opps~~----------Ivy is enjoying 'Ai Xin' breakfast specially from Mr Loo.. This silly boy is so so sweet!!

In the previous years, I have no problems when I said I wanna watch fireworks.. Eric will always be there with me for every performances, be it NY; CNY; Fireworks Festivals; NDP; etc.. In fact, I was with him during the Esplanade Opening a couple of years back.. That was the time when I started to fall in love with fireworks.. They are like flowers blooming in the sky, indescribable beauty.. So whenever there are fireworks, you will definately see Ivy.. But tinks had a turn for 2005.. Eric won't be with me to countdown and watch our favourite fireworks together at Esplanade this year, not next year, not in the near future.. I had a hard time trying to ask pple out as well.. It's either they need to accompany hubbies, accompany BFs, family commitments, etc.. Alright, I know New Year's Day is a special event, who doesn't want to spend the first day of the year with their loved ones? So I can totally understand and neither do I want to persuade further.. So this year, I will catch the fireworks on TV.. Thou its not 'live' performance but still can watch so not so bad lar.. *Ivy pats herself*Nobody wanna watch fireworks with me!! I'm lonely.. I'm so lonely.. Sigh~

Hoo Hoo Hoo!! It's Christmas Day and time for pressies unwrapping!! 
Got this blue Aroma Therapy candle stand (is this how they call it? I'm not sure thou) during the office gift exchange.. Bossy bought me a series of eye shadows with all sorts of colors, telling me that I won't have anymore excuses not to put on make up.. *Opps* 
Judy bought this handphone stand for NiNi and a small little X'mas bear bear for Ivy *sweet*
IC bought this winter kit from Korea.. Erm........ I wonder if I will ever have the chance to wear it in super duper hot Singapore. 
Goodness me!! FC bought me this super sexy nightie from USA!! She mentioned that I always have this 'havoc' look so she immd thot of me when she saw this while shopping.. Duh!! 
Ivy recv some makeup accessories from Winnie during our annual gift exchange session with the girls.. Issit fated that I really need to put on some colors to my face? This year are all cosmetics!! Shan bought each of us a wrist rest, Winnie bought us gummies from Aussie and Linda baked X'mas cookies which are already in my tummy!! 
A gift from someone special.. ~100% Handmade roses~Gifts not in pics (lazy to take): Mr Loo bought a NYDC mudpie and delivered it personally to my office on X'mas eve.. Yummy!! Eric bought me a document bag and 3 scented candle roses.. My big boss gave me a bottle of champange again for this year (KNS, it's a recycled gift!!)Wow!! It's really a fruitful X'mas this year.. I'm loving it!! Next up --> Updates on my X'mas celebration.. Stay tune~

Went to this Irish Pub (forgotten the name) at Delfi Orchard with the team last night for our Pre-Christmas celebration cum gift exchange session.. The ambience was not too bad plus there's lotsa ang moh babes to see.. Drinks and food are good!! And best of all, it's bossy's treat!! Muahahaha!!

Watched the 'most watched' movie King Kong on Tues.. Totally forgotten that it's a freaking 3 hours show and booked tixs for the midnite session.. KNS, in the end I slept thru 1/3 of the movie.. But overall, it's a nice show.. Kong is full of facial expressions (applause to the special effect team) and his so so cute!! And yes, Ivy went teary when his about to die.. The look in his eyes is like.. Awwwww.. Sad~ Got dragged out of my comfy bed at 7am plus.. Imagine I only slept for 3hours!! Need almost an hour before I could fully open my eyes and prepare to get my butt outta the house.. It was rather packed on my way to Jaybee, considering that it's a weekday.. But well, the company is good so I dun mind q-ing for awhile more lor.. *hiak hiak* Sweetie pie Winnie even sent me an sms telling me to have fun there.. No tibits girl coz Ivy spent her whole S$200 shopping but I bought some gums lar.. Alright, now to my shopping.. Wah lau eh.. City Square is now a pretty hip place for youngster can.. The top level can be compared to our 'Level one' in Far East Plz.. My fav Vincci, seed and Padini are still there.. But then, tinks are not cheap there as well.. Mango 50% off machiam like no discount, tinks are still so ex.. And Hui just reminded me that the price of the 2 pairs of shoes I bought is comparable to SIN.. Duh~~ Went to Holiday Plz for my 2nd round.. Well, the place is still so beng thou its been a few good years since I have visited the mall.. Levis in Jaybee is cheaper, so I got psycho to buy my Square Cut series there.. Still got this image that the jeans are kinda fake but whose gonna notice anyway? So heck it lar!! Seafood @ Taman Sentosa is not bad and cheap.. Thou I still preferred the resturant Hui used to bring me.. I dare not even weigh myself now, scared that I will faint.. Haha!! Our taxi passed by the big big Lavender on our way back to SIN.. I really missed those days when we used to hang out at Hui's plc.. How her mum/dad will drive us out for eating at Season, Lavender and the resturant.. Shopping @ Karries, The Store, City Square and those pasar malams.. Girls, when are we going back there again??----------Many thanks to Marky for helping me on the mouse.. Finally, no more accidental deletion of my documents le!! Ivy is a sucker with labtop.. =P

Its been days since we last contact.. Intially I was still worried that he might go bonkers again.. Mummy even called to make sure that he is alrite.. To my surprise, his coping really well.. In fact, he was out enjoying with his friends when Mummy called.. Should I be happy for him or sad for myself? It's kinda weird when you got noone to chat with at nite (on the phone that is).. It's even weirder when you got nobody to care abt your daily life.. I miss him.. Frankly speaking, I felt worst when I read Linda's and Hui's bloggy.. Linda was happily dating her BF.. Hui's schedule is so packed, she's always out with her best friends.. But none of the dates involve me.. Suddenly I felt very lonely.. I dun wanna be alone for the festive season.. =(

Woo Hoo!! Winnie is finally back (actually she's already back last week) and we went clubbing yday!!Was in my new *super short* mini and *super high heels* and guess wat? Ivy got 'gao sua' by ah pek again!! Dun wanna repeat the story liao.. But it was so turn off can.. Suan le suan le.. Drinks were on the house again.. Thanks to 'you know who'.. Kinda sick of Momo le.. Thou it's only my 2nd time there (Ivy wanna go MOS!!).. The crowd was horrible and the House music was such a turn off (to me at least).. But I had fun drinking and dancing with the gang.. A good time for me to let down my hair and really relax after the dramatic event.. Hoffman, his wife and their friends were there too.. And I must say that Hoffman is really a gentleman (thou his beng-ness is still deep inside him).. The dance floor was so god damn pack and u can imagine how my butt is stuck to other pple's butt.. Hoffman makes sure that we are steer clear from other guys just in case they try to do anything funny.. Thanks dude.. *applause*

Suddenly, I felt as if I have wasted the past 3 years.. Always dreaming but never make it happen.. Is so dependent on others and always take things for granted.. Never serious.. This is definately NOT accepted in my criterias.. I need sumone whom I can depend on.. I'm very tired of being the only adult in this relationship..----------Many thanks to SJ who make the effort to call last night & made me laugh so hard.. U definately makes me feel much better.. =)

I know Winnie gonna laugh at me when she sees this post.. The mudpie at N.Y.D.C is god darn GOOD!! Alright, Ivy had her very first bite last Friday.. Thou I've been there for so many donkey times, I have never tried their mudpie before.. Reason is I'm already super full after feasting on their pizzas.. This time round, we are smarter.. Ordered a pizza and mudpie to share and requested for the latter to serve first.. Wah sei, it just melts in ur mouth can!! Crunchy nuts and thick thick chocolate.. Superb!! Can't help it but went 'Mmmm' everytime I put the fork into my mouth.. And you guessed it, I was already 3/4 by the time I finished the mudpie.. But still gotta finish the pizza we ordered in order not to waste food.. FAT~~ Anyway, Ivy is super addicted to N.Y.D.C mudpies now le.. Any takers??

My reports are all done!! Phew~~ Hopefully this will be the last time I doing all these.. They are supposed to be IC's job now but she can't cope (wat's new anyway) so it was pushed to me instead.. At least for now, Ivy can kiss goodbye to slogging at home.. Simply hate it when I need to bring work back home to do..
