Excellent Service Award

Launched in 1994, the Excellent Service Award or EXSA is a national award that recognises individuals who have delivered outstanding service. It seeks to develop service models for staff to emulate, create service champions and professionalise services.

EXSA is managed by SPRING Singapore and seven industry lead associations (the Association of Singapore Attractions, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, the Land Transport Authority, the National Association of Travel Agents Singapore, the Singapore Hotel Association, the Singapore Retailers Association and the Restaurant Association of Singapore).

The Consumers Association of Singapore, Food, Drinks & Allied Workers' Union, Singapore Manual & Mercantile Workers' Union, Service Quality Centre and Singapore Tourism Board serve as advisors and supporters for this award.

Organisations with EXSA staff are committed to achieving service excellence. They seek to deliver superior service through service champions in their organisations.

Imagine how nice my CV will look with this certificate..
Imagine I can use this and pursue my dream job @ the Integrated Resort..

But now I can't go to the workshop due to the Bangkok trip.. Audrey said NO go workshop means NO certificate..

Sigh~
