And here the story goes..

As all of u guys know, I'm pretty sick of doing admin (being doing for the past 1/5yrs).. I 've long told boss abt my interest in sales.. However she tinks that I am still not up to her standard and she refused to put me in the team until she tinks I can mk it (god knows when)..

Mag who is our ex-ADOS knew abt my interest (or rather the whole dept knew wat I wanna do) called and give me an opportunity to go for an interview in her current plc. I wasn't confident that I can pass the interview and I was rather surprised when I got the job offer..

I thot this is a really good opportunity to try out wat I wanna do and of course I accepted the offer lar.. I was firm in my decision and I tendered my resignation yday.. Boss gave me a shocked face when I tell her where I will be going.. She explained to me that I shouldn't be impatient.. Sales only starts after 24 in my trade as we need to be super professional to know wat our clients need.. According to her experience she's sure that I will not be able to survive there..

Boss told me alot of tinks.. Which are rather true.. In the end, she rejected my resignation and told me to reconsider what she had said.. I've oso discussed the issue with my colleagues and XBB and had finally decided to stay on.. I'm definately taking a risk to believe wat boss had planned for me..

Now the problem is.. How am I going to explain to Mag? I'm sure she will be super pissed..
